It's on the Wii, but yes.
...What? So I can't really play CoD that often, and is the first one that I actually owned so...

I skipped Modern Warfare 2 for Black Ops. Didn't like MW2. Although, I seem to have regressed back into DOD:S for a few weeks, but I'll return to BlOps soon.

I got it for the 360. There are tons of people that are like crazy good at it and I am not one of those people. I would much rather play halo reach.

That is a surprisingly high number of people who don't play the game and don't want to. Well done, Escapers, well done!

Yeah. It's a markedly noticeable improvement over Modern Warfare 2. It feels like Call of Duty 4 and 2 blended properly. I don't play much of it nowadays, but I do play it every now and again.

This game doesn't get much love on this site I guess. The only cod's I have experience with are mw2 which I rented and disliked, and black ops which I really enjoy playing. I rented it when it came out to see if it was any better and I was pleased. Then I got it at christmas and I've been playing since. Hell, I've got Mass Effect 2 now and I still play it.

I Bought it for PC, I bought it cuz i was in a game drought and i wanted to see what the hype was about. Then i found out my computer needed a Dual-Core Proccessor... So i bought one about two or three weeks later but didnt install it until probably the fifth or sixth week...By then i was back into WoW after a year long break and playing Catacalysm. Once i got it installed i played Campaign and it was a bit interesting. After a while, though, i was wondering when the game ends, and after i beat the game i felt like there wasnt enough! I went back to WoW without going to multiplayer...

I was really excited to play Black Ops as it looked very promising...
...that is until I actually played it.

I hate it.

I'm not looking at the PS3 or 360, from what I've heard and played they're pretty nice.
The PC version wasn't fun at all. Any complaints I had about MW2 were instantly gone.

/sigh
This is EXACTLY how I feel on the subject. The PC version is very subpar, I just started playing the multiplayer again, however with the amount of annoyance that is going on it will be brief.
I feel almost like I was cheated out of a game. I've had it for a little over a month and I've barely touched it because I was so disappointed with it.

I can't return it either considering I've already redeemed its Steam code.

I guess I'll just keep this in mind next time Treyarch wants me to but their product.

No, I don't and I don't plan to. In fact, I vowed to not buy any Call of Duty post Modern Warfare 2, wich I also don't have and I'll never have.

I read once that PC players only make up around 6 percent of the entire COD playing population, with the other 94 percent consisting of 360 and PS3. It seems than that there are not a lot of Escapists who play PS3 Black Ops as there are 5 more people on PC in the poll. Aldo, i voted wrong, i quickly skimmed the answers (Sorry D:)and chose Yes-PC. The answer should have been not any more, as I've only played about 6 hours on Multiplayer which is the only mode Activision/Infinity Ward/Treyarch care about anyway.

No, and it doesn't intrest me.
It's one of those games that I hate only for being popular and won't go near unless I got paid for it. I don't like playing online shooters anymore either.
