True enough that Tira looked better in 3. But she had a better 'story' and a fighting style I could actually use in 4. =D

You know, I hate to burst a few bubbles and I'm most certainly willing to admit if I'm wrong, but I don't think GlaDOS can actually be said to be female. Yeah it has a slightly feminine voice, but it's also a computer program and computer programs don't have genders. Granted it's a sentient and very self-aware computer program, but Skynet was also a sentient computer program and it didn't have a gender. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

OT: Kerrigan, she's the only one I can actually sympathize with. That Mynsk (or however you spell his name) was a real asshole.
