Pretty much this. I may be 21, and therefore old enough to put in my actual birthday, but I'm also lazy, and don't usually feel like moving everything so my actual birthday is shown. 1/1/(whatever number is the lowest shown on the dropdown) is usually what I go for.yourbeliefs said:

I'm 48, so I doubt there's any checks I fail, but I limit the places that I'll input my real age to.
Besides, it's too much hassle tracking the things to my correct age.

Also I'm fairly certain they use the age information to cater advertisements to your demographic.
At the very least they use it for stats gathering for their site to see what their target market is.

at 19 I'm legally allowed to view whatever provided its not something illegal like child porn (freaking sickos out there...) I enter in my age but I change the day/month around. (except something like a major forum)
It isn't really a matter of lying so-much as "I've already watched a dozen other videos on this website, I was over 18 then, and I haven't de-aged since, so stop asking me". Eventually it just gets annoying going through all 3 options to set them all to the proper time, so I just start tagging the year and dragging it down to the 80's somewhere.bjj hero said:
