Multiplayer. I don't play Multiplayer games, except for Uru, and I can live without it.

What a cruel genie.

I picked magic because I thought it could be fairly easily replaced by science/technology.

But it was still difficult to make that choice...damn genie.

How about they get rid of quick-time events. I like watching cinematics, not nervously waiting to press a button or die. I'm playing through RE4 again and they are really pissing me off.

I'd easily sacrifice multiplayer over the other two. Considering that me playing a game with other people is exceedingly rare, the only major drawback would be that I'd no longer be able to play fighting games with my brother.

Multiplayer, then Developers would have to make large games that can stand alone on singleplayer content. I like guns too much, I also like Magic. And then you put 'em together and you get BioShock which gives me a happy face :) On the other hand, without Multiplayer you would lose a lot of a games charm. Like L4D and Call of Duty MW2
Hey, at least bring back old multiplayer, you know where all your buddies and you sit on a couch and play a fun game of....whatever

I myself would remove Mahou Magic.
You can substitute technology in its place.
Lightning? Check.
Fire-Ball? Check.
Freeze? Check.
yeah, I think Magic could be removed/replaced easily.
Wow you read my mind ... with Science!

Multiplayer.

Buying a 50 euro game only to get insulted by some 12 year old online isn't my idea of fun.

Would never get rid of multiplayer becasue gaming has always been best for me when the social aspect is play.

Had the question been online multiplayer then I wouldn't have even had to think about the question for a single second.

I choose guns. They make things far less awesome than they could be.

I'm surprised at how many have chosen multiplayer. I for one, dislike not being able to play with friends.

The genie is going to 'make us' remove one? What are the consequences if we refuse?

How can people be voting multiplayer? Either you have no friends or you're scared of competition.

Some of the best gaming moments in my life have been multiplayer, Barbarian, Renegade, Spy vs Spy, Streets of Rage II, Laser Squad, Powerstone, Streetfighter II, MvC 2, KoF, Tekken II, Gain Ground, Bomberman, Secret of Mana, Mario Kart, Gauntlet, Lord of the Rings, Command and Conquer, Action Quake, Diablo, CoD4...

I take that back, even if you are scared of competition then you can play plenty of stuff Co-op.

I went with magic. In a fantasy setting you can replace it with skills/special attacks and it would make most fantasy world based games try something different.

I refuse to remove any of it, they're all good
I concur, but pressed I would say magic.

I could say multi-player as I don't play online often, but when I do it's great.

Well my favorite thing is magic. So I can't get rid of that. Guns I also enjoy quite a lot without guns some of my favorite games would be gone. Now with multiplayer I really have gone without internet almost my whole life and I still am not complaining so. Yeah, bye multiplayer. Even though if multiplayer was gone stocks would drop like a rock.

Guns and magic. Make developers think creatively instead of ripping off the same games again and again.
