Facebook, Twitter, email - there are plenty of ways to keep in contact with your dearest and not-so-dearest friends. What's your favorite way to keep in contact with your pals?

Generally Facebook... but that's just a by-product as I use Facebook to enter competitions.

A close second would be Twitter but I'd say exactly the same thing as above...

Six months ago, I'd have said IM, but now I mostly prefer to speak to people face-to-face. I did try the whole catching up with old classmates thing on Facebook, but it just didn't work for me. I don't mind exchanging emails, but only if it leads towards arranging to meet up, unless that's geographically impossible. Then the next best thing is giving them a call. For people I see often, then I prefer to text or call them.
