Well, Batman/Detective Comics issues are regularly released in graphic novel format & gawd knows we could use a new adult cartoon late at night. It would also have to follow continuity.
I'm also willing to go for Squee/Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, because the problem with cartoons today is the lack of violence & gross-out humor.

I actually would have said The Walking Dead, if that weren't already happening. As such, my choice is Transmetropolitan.
Death Note is already a television series...
But if you watched it on adult swim with dubbing you have an incurable sexually transmitted disease.
And It doesn't need another one...
The anime is fine. We don't want any american cartoon remake attempts, and we don't want any american live-action remake attempts either.

I don't know any of those apart from Death Note, so yeah Death Note. Plus it seems realistic enough to be live action for main stream audiences (sort of). I should probably look into those other ones.

I'd love to see someone dare to give Vasquez the reins to do his own NNY show, I honestly don't think Nickleodeon realised what they'd gotten themselves into when they gave him the chance to do Invader Zim.
I remember the first time I saw Invader Zim, I missed the intro, but while I was watching it I was thinking to myself, why does this style of art seem so familiar? Was well happy when the credits rolled and saw it was Jhonen in charge.
But I do believe we need a JTHM series, or at least something with some Vasquez input.
