All of the great Sega CD games. Like Lunar, and... Ok, just Lunar.

'Skies of Arcadia' for the Dreamcast. One of the best RPGs I've ever played, and it didn't get a whole lot of hype.

Tie Fighter Collectors Edition for DOS on 3.5" disks. Those are sitting in the closet.

I think my Atari Lynx is around here someplace, probably weighing some paper down along with APB, Slime World and Ninja Gaiden.

Living in Maine has it's perks. Yards sales every weekend, lots of people just tossing out old collectible games. Come to think of it, if I had any sense, I might go to some of these yard sales...

"Kingsley's Adventure" for the PS1. That game had absolutely everything I adore about platformers.

See...I still have my Sega Megadrive stuff so that would include: Sonic 1/2/and Knuckles, Splatterhouse 2, Vectorman, the Pagemaster, Bubsy (1), Alien 3, Universal soldier...I could go on for ages.

ICO and Silent Hill 3 both have a premium if you want to buy them. New ICOs go for like eighty bucks on eBay. Silent Hill 3 is usually $30+ bucks. I just kept playing the auctions until I won them at a price I liked.

Beyond Good and Evil isn't exactly rare, if market prices are to be believed, but they will be once the new game gets more publicity. Get yours now!

Currently I'm trying to get my hands on a copy of Fatal Frame 3. It consistently goes for $45+ bucks. I just have issues with paying that kind of money for a used PS2 game.

Freespace 2 sells for $70-80 on Amazon. Kinda wish I had a copy.

Well, no one seems to carry or even acknowledge the existence of Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic or Galactic Civilizations II: Twilight of the Arnor.

And I want both of those.

I have a comic of turok 3 shadow of oblivion. Not really rare, but really obscure. Does that count?

I'm still kicking myself for giving away Pokemon red and yellow.
I have a bunch that probably very few people know of. Shadow Watch, Earthsiege 2, Civilization: Call to Power (people have heard of that I hope) and the like.

One time I grabbed a guys jewel case to his game and he freaked out and told me to be careful with it, because he collects video games.. (it was Bioshock, not exactly a rare game), and I vowed from that day forward to never collect video games, for fear I turn into THAT guy.

Sorry, I just really feel that acting like a freak isn't worth collecting things.. I don't feel like it's a good trade off.. just my opinion

Galactic Civilizations II: Twilight of the Arnor is a fantastic expansion. Actually, both GC2 expansions are awesome. If you can't find it, order it from the site! I think they offer it in a digital download form.

Collector's Edition of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for 64. It came in gold with a T-Shirt. Man I wish I still had that t-shirt. I would get all the ladies...or lady-like objects...

I don't really get all this collecting business. For me, the only thing that is actually worth anything is the game itself.

i kept all the mgs games par 1 and all final fantasy games i bought. the only games i always keep now are multiplayer games and 007 on the ps1, i thought it would be as good as the goldeneye or man with the golden gun games but the only reason i have used it is so that i have a psp copy which will one day work when i can install custom firmware or down grade to a lower one.

slighley off topic can anyone tell me how to down grade or not require a serial number. my problem is that i cant play ps1 games with a serial number.
