It's really quite simple. I've used quite a few Razer products, from keyboards to mice to headsets, and every single one has had some kind of mechanical issue within a few months of getting it. Sometimes it's a minor, easily ignored issue, sometimes it's a catastrophic failure that renders the thing unusable.Kungfu_Teddybear said:I've seen a few people complain about Razer products die on them fairly quickly. I've never really understood how. I've been using Razer products for a good while now, and I've never had any problems. I've had my mouse for about 3 years and it's only starting to mess up (which is partly my fault), I've had a Razer keyboard for round about 7 months and it still works fine, and I've had a Razer headset for round about 5-6 months and it still works like a charm.
When they work, they're really awesome pieces of hardware, but they just aren't very reliable in my experience.
