Recommend me a PS2 game!

Lots of good games mentioned already, but a couple more...
Harvest Moon - Wonderful Life: Easily the best HM game, ignore the childish impression the game gives, it'll give the most hardcore gamer a run for their money. Brilliant setting and characters, well worth a look if you feel like something a bit more sand boxy and different.
Half Life: Not an ideal conversion but pretty good. The best thing about it though is that theres a really challenging and enjoyable co-op split screen mode... not the whole game, but a decent sized side game.

Seeing as so many people have said Kingdom Hearts, I'll throw this out there:
Dark Cloud 1 and 2, or Dark Chronicle (number 2) if you're in Europe. It's easily the best adventure game I've ever played. My childhood is that game.

Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, still the best car racing game ever made
James Bond: Nightfire made for some great mutliplayer FPS action, but I guess it'd feel dated now. Try XIII now though for some awesome cartoon violence!

Nice to see someone's got a similar idea, I missed a boat load of good games first time round, so I'm looking for a few.
Started a couple of weeks ago, now I've got; Beyond Good and Evil, Okami, Kingdom Hearts, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, Red Faction one and two, Timesplitters one and two, Prince of Persia: sands of time, Black, God of War, and one more I can't remember... For Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, you may need to go on eBay (though you might get lucky at a trade in store like CEX if you're in the UK. GAME don't seem to sell PS2 games any more, and neither do most Gamestations.
Anyone want to recommend anything else? I would advise playing Conflict: Desert Storm (it's a series as well), I had great fun with it.

That's me going through all the games I've got on the PS2 in my room, which means they're the ones I play most. XD
I also recommend Kingdom Hearts, I'm a big fan of the series. I found the first game a lil challenging though, so if you get discouraged, pick up 'Chain of memories' (which takes place between 1+2).
