Not how I would have done it. Mine would be the Vault Boy swinging a sledgehammer that's about to hit a child, one that has a very curious look on its face that might say "What is that square, grey thing and why is it getting bigger?" If you asked me anyway.

In all honestly, it's no more offensive than the illistration of Vault Boy pointing a gun at what a person, except they are splattered everywhere [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Bloody_Mess]. Or Vault Boy looking crazed and coverd in blood, walking away from what use to be a corpse [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Cannibal].
