Although I dislike the practice of making friends with people just to try and get with them...

I'm friends with many girls, but they all think I'm interested in one of the other ones. It's strange.

I've haven't liked anyone for awhile... The few girl friends I have had, have been more than enough for me. Granted had I actually liked them, it might of been a more enjoyable experience. I'm just waiting for a girl that I actually like... beyond friendship and such. I don't plan on making an effort to find said female for awhile, but if do happen to come across her that would just be grand.

First of, congratulations! I wish you much success, mate, romance can be a wonderful thing.

As for me, I don't have any success stories in that vein, though I've been told the stories will be funny in a good 20 years if that's worth anything. Until then, I'm single and damned proud of it until somebody reminds me why I'm not, heh.

I finally convinced my father to see the error of his ways with love! He even saved me from his evil boss who tried to get us to kill each other, then tried to kill me when I refused.

I wish he hadn't died, though. I only got to see his face once, and by then he was pasty and bald from wearing that mask since I was born.

EDIT: Oh! Relationship Success Thread, as in, like a girlfriend? Well, I really liked this girl, but then she turned out to be my sister. I...still don't know how to feel about that. We didn't do anything we regretted...well, one kiss, but...hey! You know what, she's with my best friend now, and even though they fight a lot, I think they make a good team.

OT: I've had literally no relationship success. The closest thing I've come to an actual relationship would have been when this one guy asked me out in 8th grade (and we all know how meaningful middle school relationships are). 11 months of zero social contact and awkward group conversation later, and it turns out he's a total prick. Hooray for me. Nice job, though, to the OP.

I suppose I would mean getting to know whichever person I like very, very well. Although that doesn't necessarily mean I became good friends with them, since I'm pretty good at figuring people out due to the fact that I can be very sneaky and am good at following people without I am very observant and a very good listener.
