I'm wondering if mine account is still around... I know I managed to get a blue Jetsam when they were near impossible to get... Then I grew out of the game when I was about 10?

I remember my sister did that, then I made an account. I liked a few of the minigames, but all I ever wanted was one of the freaking dragons, but they were always unavailable, so I stuck with the griffin thing.
I think it was a chia. He was yellow, and his name was Wibeeboo or something. I couldn't think of a name that wasn't retarded. I lost interest in the site, but felt way too guilty about just not going, so I took him to the pound or whatever. That made me feel almost more guilty than if I'd just abandoned the thing.
It may be, as it seems some of the really old accounts are still up. My brother really wanted a Jetsam, but he could never get one. He had to stick to his lousy old Skeith.Assassin Xaero said:

I also remember getting my mom to complete crossword games to help me get money in it, because I was too lazy to do it myself. =D

I played about 10 years ago. Had a Peophin, and got a faerie paintbrush for free one day so it was the prettiest Peophin in Neopia. Haven't been on in many, many years though, and don't plan on returning.
I had a Pteri that I adopted from the orphanage (or whatever they called it). He had some really dumb name that the previous person had given him and I can't remember it now. But he was the first one who popped up and I felt bad for him so there you have it. But yeah, neopets. Dear god, how I loved neopets. When the magazine came out, I was so excited! Ahhh, good times...
I remember, on my first account, being under 13 and feeling bad about lying about my age so I had my dad fax in the parental approval form. I remember getting my account approved and being so thrilled!

I had an account when I was 10 ish, so about 11 years ago now. I loved that site so much! I played it everyday after school and all through the summer holidays. I learnt html and css when I was 10 just so I could jazz up my pets pages 
I saved up so much neopoints and managed to buy a paintbrush for each of my pets, I had a faerie peophin, a fire lupe, a white lupe and a faerie gelert I think.

I haven't used that site in years, but to think all those memories have been deleted makes me sad. That like if someone threw away all my old pokemon cards.

My account is still open, do I use it? No,save for once every blue moon. And my neopets had the randomest names. I think the computer named them. Though I do miss the old days. Maybe I'll check it out again.
