Mass Effect: both games, remove the dialogue system.
I agree 200%. It just made the game more smooth because I wasn't having to stop to study the dialogue choices to make sure I chose the right one I was looking for. That allowed me to pay better attention to what was being said, instead of worrying about what the next dialogue choices would be and how some random line form what was being said would be important and be a part of the next dialogue choices and be a part of the right choice for me.
That is why I was so thankful to BioWare for integrating it into Dragon Age 2, the dialogue system in DA:Origins is and out dated system. It was just so slow to use and the dialogue used in it was just so blaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh.... I really really hope BioWare doesn't listen to people that complained about the new dialogue system being in DA2, because I seriously hoping they keep it in DA3. The ancient system used by DA:Origins is one of the reason I still haven't beat the game. Everything about that game is slow as tar, dialogue, combat, and leveling.
I think that the age of the silent protagonist is over, at least if it isn't I'm going to get a spiked club and beat it to death. I want my games to be fully voiced, especially the character I'm playing. Playing a game like DA:Origins these days, just feels awkward and lacking having everybody around me talking away and talking to my character, while his end of the conversation is just him blankly staring at people like he is trying to speak telepathically. What I found really messed up is they did give the player characters in DA:O voices in combat and while out of dialogue and opening things up, but no voice when in dialogue situations. If they were going to give the player character a voice, they should have made the character fully voiced in all situations, or not voiced the character at all.

Now for my go, speaking of Dragon Age 2:
Changing back one of the wonderful fixes they made to dialogue, leveling and ability system, combat, and interesting and varied party characters.
Other than there being only 6 or so different dungeon type areas, Dragon Age 2 is a masterpiece.
