...My fear knows no bounds.

Mechanical bears with inbuilt, detailed files on the human anatomy and psyche.

It's not as grisly as you think, however.
Awful, awful play on words, I ought to punish you for it.

Argh! Someone beat me to the bear pun. I'll just have to comfort myself with the inevitible massacre that this is going to result in.

I think I'd be less than excited to be helplessly transported by a miniature forklift with the head of natures tank.

Aww, I would love to have one of those!

Er, I mean... yeah, that's a manly bear right there, and I'd love to have one in my manly room.

I think the following lyric is appropriate.

You see my pain is real, watch my world dissolve.

As awesome as it is, if we've gotten to the stage where robot bears are helping us...society has been mauled by the very brain it created. Why couldn't it have been robot zebras or something?

That bear-bot is ADORABLE!!! I want one. And I want it to have a whisk attatchment and an in-built oven which monitors (to perfection) the condition of whatever it is I am baking so that it never over-/under- cooks.

That's the one thing I don't want to see when I'm in a fever induced hallucinating state.

A big robot bear.

"And why does the robot sport the head of a cartoon bear? Designers at Japan's Institute of Physical and Chemical Research feel that attempts to make the robot resemble a human would only result in disconcerting robots that frighten people."

Uncanny Valley much? Yeah, like it's less frightening now...

Well this just seems stupid.

The whole thing reeks of problems. Who knows how much it costs to build and maintain these things. Plus, what if one of them malfunctions (no, I do not think it will start crushing old people like toothpicks. I'm thinking it will accidentally drop someone)? Imagine the mess that will create.

Plus I'm sure old people appreciate that we will now have cold, unfeeling robots care for them rather than other humans.

I have to agree with Machines Are Us in that it's still fairly creepy. They should have had a head that looks more like either a teddy bear (like, put an actual teddy-bear head on it) or like the robots from old movies with a human-arranged face, just with rectangles for eyes and a rectangle for a mouth.
