That's surprising.

While the show wasn't my cup of tea, it was getting good reviews and ratings, so I just assumed that the show would be around for a while as ABC just tolerated her Twitter comments.

Good on ABC for looking beyond money and ratings to cancel the show because the star couldn't reign it in a bit, or just not say racist shit like that.

At least there's Tim Allen's show, right?

The Rosanne character, originally being a blue collar, sensible if abrasive, left of center middle class mom was reimagined as a far-right conspiracy believing anti-immigrant, Islamophobic, bigoted Trump supporter. Because apparently the actress Rosanne went off the deep end and started believing in absurd conspiracies about the Clintons being related to Nazis, and PizzaGate and all sorts of things.
