Guess I'm one of the few not excited? I lost interest in Dragon Age after about 24-27 hours, but need to go back and finish it just to see how it ends. I own Mass Effect one and still haven't played it...
My thoughts too. DA2 and ME3 were pretty much expected given the already released teaser dates and whatnot, but DOA5? Now that is a very pleasant surprise.Armored Prayer said:Dead or Alive 5? YES! Finally! Oh, if only you guys can see my reaction now.
Because DA:O is set in a medievil period where roman numerals would be appropriate. Mass Effect takes place in the future where we have no need of wacky numbers.Virgil said:I think the real question is why Dragon Age II uses Roman numerals, while Mass Effect 2 uses standard ones. Well, no words that can be said without earning a heaping helping of banhammerJeanLuc761 said:Wait, there are people who say Mass Effect, a planned trilogy from the first day of announcement, is just milking it?

Now this isn't common, but I've heard this. Probably from a review of ME2. This person had probably lived in a nuclear bombshelter for the last 10 years or so and suffered from some degree of mental issues.JeanLuc761 said:Wait, there are people who say Mass Effect, a planned trilogy from the first day of announcement, is just milking it?DVSAurion said:Mass Effect 3. I am very excited about this. I've heard people complain about it and saying that it's just for the money, but Mass Effect being a TRILOGY right from the start, it's only natural it has a third part. There is really nothing that can really stop me from being excited about this one. Except if they require project Natal for it.
Dragon Age 2. Probably gonna be good, will be interesting to see what it's like, since the first one... well... it ended.
...I have no words.
Mass Effect -> Set in spacey-space.Virgil said:I think the real question is why Dragon Age II uses Roman numerals, while Mass Effect 2 uses standard ones. There has to be some deeper meaning here
I agree with Mass Effect 2, it seems to early to be saying anything about it. But with Dragon Age II, the first game was finished WAY before it was released last year in November so i think they'd of had plenty of time to make a sequel in time for next year.Yassen said:I'm going to remain sceptical on this, how the hell could they have something to show for Mass Effect 3 and dragon Age II so damn quickly? Mass Effect 2 was only released in January for God's sake. A teaser trailer I could buy like the Geth teaser trailer for ME2 but I highly doubt more than that.
If they have done enough to showoff though then Bioware is offically the greatest game developer in history. I really do hope that's the case, but I'm just making sure my heart isn't broken if it turns out to be a fraud.
