I love the titles... well... I love two of them.

DA3: Inquisition

DA3: Apocrypha <--- That is a badass original title right there!

Yes I'm serious.

Wasn't Laidlaw dropping massive DA3 hints at a con sometime last year? Sure, the game hasn't officially been announced but some of the developers have made it pretty clear that they are indeed working on it.

Call me crazy, but the whole premise doesn't sounds half bad!! Da3: Inquisition? Who knows... Guess we'll have to wait and see... Here's hoping the whole thing isn't an elaborate hoax!

I would like to see another Dragon Age. Despite the weaker but still decent second game I still enjoyed the games so far.
Orlais seems like a good choice.
Well let see what comes around.

The Inquisition?

Doesn't sound like a paragonic reckoning like the Grey Wardens.

Sounds evil honestly. Kinda excited for this war stuff they are talking about, imagining a in game mechanic of managing borders or something.

I love some of their characters, can't wait to see what they come up with.

So when do we get to go back to killing Darkspawn with our dog, Barkspawn? Does anyone actually give a crap about the political shit in this world, every faction is equally repugnant.

Not being funny or anything but shouldn't the real title of this article be 'some guy on internet makes fan idea based survey.'

Seems to be a very misleading article. I don't see how this is any different from someone making a fake trailer or something.

Is there any evidence this guy is legit at all.

This sums it up......

One of the questions was "Which color are you more likely to choose in an end game scenario? Red Blue or Green?"
yeeeeah I'm guessing it's a joke.

I'm not talking about ME2 I'm talking about ME3. They said they were purposely shrinking the roster for deeper and more personal stories. ME3 had only 8 characters to date, 1 of which you couldn't have if you had the other (Kaiden/Ashley who are completely interchangeable considering they both do the exact same things and just brood on different subjects) and another who is DLC.
I think it's just about time we all stopped talking about ME3. :) Yes, mistakes were made. Yes, it's not the game it could have (and should have) been. But seeing as how Casey Hudson and Mac Walters aren't involved in the "Dragon Age" franchise (at least, according to current information), I don't see how that's relevant to the discourse at this point. DA2 had an amazing cast, and if DA3 can maintain that level of depth with ten characters instead of eight, it'll be just fine. :)

This sounds like a description of what everyone on the Bioware Network was saying they wanted for Dragon Age 3 ... therefore I am skeptical. Bioware said they weren't done with Hawke so why a new Inquisitor character?
However if this is true and accurate then I would be a very happy woman.

Why does co-op equal a horde mode? It could be that you know that a friend might control one of your party members in the story and ironically enough that for all those bitching that Bioware has moved away from traditional RPGs that this is actually returning to what RPGs were ( and still are for many people) played with a group of friends each playing a character albeit with dice.
Especially since Bioware has done that type of co-op before, in the the series that DA was supposed to serve as a spiritual successor to, Baldur's Gate. So really, online co-op could mean any number of different things, INCLUDING a return to the original concept of the DA series.

Let's see here.

So far we've got:
main character = important person with super authority
generic faceless not-orcs from hell...again
gathering armies to battle said not-orcs from hell

Even if it's entirely made up it's pretty close to exactly what the last two have been about, so it can't be too far off the mark. All they need to add in is some humble origin story(ies), some dream sequences, and some ancient ruins and the game is pretty much already written.

Meh. They already said that if they were to make a DA3 (and we all know they will), they will go with a voiced protagonist. That's a deal breaker for me. I loved Origins because I was the main character. I interacted with all those awesome characters. I saved the world from The Blight.

I'm excitied! I loved Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2 (I bloody loved it! I know it had it's fault, but I loved it) I can't wait for this! If it's real and if it comes.

I was excited at the news, play as the inquisition? Hell yeah! That sounds like fun but then I remembered.

EA Bioware is making the game. It will have more than double the games content as overpriced DLC some of which will be available on day 1. This is a deal breaker for me among other things that plague most games EA is involved with.

What no female Hawke playable in Dragon Age 3??? Screw you Bioware Hawke was the only good thing in DA2. I thought Dragon Age 2 should be the introduction of a new hero and thus the storyline was so... strict and the player could not choose the faith of the people around them?

*sigh*

All right all right, an inquisitor sounds like fun but only if I could torture the living shit out of Anders this worthless piece of.... that dagger at the end of DA2 was not nearly satisfying enough.

Oh and Bioware please give me the option between two healers for my party the next time.

Thank you!

I still haven't played DA2, but if DA3 has coop in it, I'm going to be all over that sweet potato. I loved playing through NWN and NWN2 in coop, hopefully it will be as good as that again.

Do it bioware, I know you can!
