Kotick can go get fucked..
but all the knuckle draggers will continue their endless support of anything "Modern Warfare" related..I mean shit..how many brazilians did Activision make selling the DLC packs at $15 a piece?

Fuck them.

I used my MS Points to get Black Light Tango Down..a game that is more fun than MW2 and it's legions of aimbotting, wall hacking douchebags. After I got all 1000 Gamerscore,I sold my copy.

Too bad Treyarch went lockstep with CoD Black Ops..They should have kept Co-op in the Story mode, but noooo now its relegated to a separate spec ops.

Anybody notice how he didn't apologize, attempt to save face, or really give any other context for his remarks than that he didn't want them on the record? Basically he's either really failing at reapairing his burnt bridge, or he just doesn't care.

This is one of the more unsubtle fake apologies I've seen.

Yeah. We call that "Molyneux Syndrome".
Isn't Molyneux syndrome the thing where you think everything you're doing is going to be the worlds best thing, until it's released, then you say it was full of problems, and the NEXT thing will be the worlds best thing?

You're thinking of Gates/Jobs Dementia. Some psychologists think it's part of the job, so like Tom Jones Syndrome, it's not unusual.

This seems more like a double hit, especially using Kotick's previous comment:

"Now all my life I've seen myself as flying an X-wing with the Rebellion. Then, one day I woke up and I'm on the Death Star."

And now Schafer with:

"Then it's like Empire Strikes Back - you walk in the room and, 'Holy s*** Darth Vader's at the table"

I also like what Schafer said here:

"You don't have to work for that jerky boss any more. Not naming names"

Which is awesome in this context.
Kotick is more like Tarkin.

Dammit! Stick to your guns! Everyone knows Bobby's bad for gaming who only cares about shareholders.

Oh well, it's not like gamers are any better... Bobby continues to make money and boycott threats continue to make him and other execs laugh all the way to the bank

Actually, this happens every single time with Molyneux, why, just a week ago the Escapist had an article about him saying "Fable 2 was full of mistakes, but Fable 3 fixes everything"

It's unbelievable that anyone still listens to him.

Yeah, Darth Vader is definitely an appropriate name for Kotick.
no, no, no, Darth Vader has too much class and adoring fans to be compared to Kotick...

Did he really need to apologize? I mean, he already went to court with them, wouldn't you having feelings of disgust for someone who acts like an abusive husband?
So... Darth Binks would be more appropriate?

Evil but also mind-bendingly annoying?
