I found another similar correlation between people that are going around bothering everyone and mainstream music and tv shows on MTV.

Social outcast? Nope, my "quirkiness" ensures my immortality amongst my peers as the looney one
Fat? Nope, I've just been for a month's trekking in Peru
Depressed? Incredibly sardonic, but no, I'm splendid, thank you

You know, I'm a gamer, I'm partly depressed, I have a little bit overweight, agressive(passive agressive when high), unlikeable to most people(except the ones who aren't trendwhores, sheeple or just stupid.), but I still could beat the shit out of those scientists. Those projecting little pricks.

Well, I definitely don't fit into those categories so I'd just ignore this.

On the same train of thought, scientists also thought the sun revolved around the earth.

I'm skinnier than almost everyone else I know. Not every gamer is over weight and lonely. There are gamers like me that still like to go outside. Not every gamer is a pile of bleached-white flesh glued to their computer screen playing WoW day in and day out. I feel like going over there and kicking someones ass. Surely they could be doing something that can help people with their money and team of eggheads. But hey who cares after all it is all about the money.

What's sad is that I'm pretty sure the CDC is run by the federal government. They actually spent money on this instead of researching important things. Thanks democrats, this really is change we can believe in.

In related news, Weight concious women who play games no longer feel pretty.

Isn't science great?
As a female gamers, I think I'd be more depressed if I DIDN'T have games to play. And I always feel pretty!

Well, almost always...

*Insert black/white picture of 70's man facepalming*

Aw jeez, not this shit again!

It's just getting annoying now. I wish they'd find another scapegoat or even better, akknowledge their own problems.

I am a)not fat, b) not depressed, and c) sure as hell not going to stop gaming just because of what has been proved. If their conclusion makes me the exception then so be it, I shall enjoy my exceptional status as should the many, many other people who fit into the same category as myself.

Untrue, unless an accurate concensus of every single gamer in the world was carried out and returned these results.. we want hard hard facts please!

Thank you scientists.. I guess.. I'll just go back to my life as a none depressed skinny person that still plays games.

Edit: Or well to be honest, I USED to be depressed, I turned to gaming and meet hope for humanity on the internet(As in I found people who wern't complete idiots while still not being girls, not that there's anything wrong about them but I was like 10-12 xD) and now I'm happy.
Hello life.
