Scumbag Steals Game Consoles From Kids With Cancer

You know... i am increasingly sure that there are some crimes for which the punishment should be a good old fashioned ass kicking. YOu know, things like this, where they guy is just a massive jerk, a complete and total *switch to George Takie voice* Douchebag. Crimes where people do things that are just... well... worth a few good belts to the stomach. You know, no real permanent danger, certainly not enough to kill him or wound him badly, just enough to scare the shit out of him.
Judge: "You have been found guilty of theft (and of being an asshole), do you have anyhting to say?"
Defendant: "Uh...no."
Judge: "Alirght then" *gestures to two big burly guys at the side of the room* "You are sentenced to 5 years in prison. In the meantime however, Boris and Jim will take you back to your cell for a... workout." *turns to Boris and Jim* "Stole from kids with cancer, take that into account please."
Boris: *cracks knuckles* "Right then. Come this way sir, there's a message for ya."
Defendant: *thinking: "What is this running down my leg?"*
I'm hard pressed to think of any reason why this guy doens't deserve this kinda thing. I mean, just cause he's going to hell when he dies doesn't mean we can't give him a taste of what'll be waiting for him.

Well, as awful as stealing from Cancer kids is, I really think there are far more awful things going on in the world at the moment. Thing is, we don't like to go the whole hog in the developed world - We much prefer giving money to animal charities than to charities that help children in Africa, for example, and that is purely because animals are cuter. Incidentally, $300 is over a years wages for some people in 3rd world countries. You can buy a two weeks of food in this country for a family, in the 3rd world, that could last for a long time. Just sayin'.
