Hello!
Right, I'm in a dilemma. I'm having fairly strong urges to start playing WoW again, and I've been WoW-free for about 2 weeks now, although my time on it has lowered a lot in the previous month. As part of my "quitting", I uninstalled the game and deleted the directory, as you would, so I couldn't play it. I bid my farewells on the realm forum, and continued with my life.
Periodically, I do check WoW.com and MMO-Champion so that I'm not out of the loop fully. I'm aware of the changes that are happening in game, and what's changing about my class. The story also interests me so I do tend to read spoilers on upcoming raids, etc.
But the past week or so, I've been wanting to return. Despite having bought some new games via Steam, and playing old favourites (Mass Effect
), I'm incredibly bored. I spend a lot of my time just arsing about on the web - Posting here, browsing funny websites, watching the odd DVD, and I just feel so bored. I'll play GTA for an hour or two, then Puzzle Quest, then maybe finish up with some Mass Effect. Hell, I think I spent 3-4 hours one night reading a funny blog website.
I do have a job, although my hours are pretty random (I go in when they need me, basically. Weekends are almost always worked, and I do the odd few week days), so I tend to have a nice amount of time to fill.
Any thoughts are well appreciated.
