Laws can (and should) be adjusted when they are shown to be outdated or otherwise inadequate.DugMachine said:Somebody made a valid point in this thread. Why the hell can I get arrested for just accidentally going to a website with nude, not porn, children but they can run around in their front yard and it's all find and dandy? I have no problem with nudity but laws are laws and I'd rather not get arrested cause some parents allow their kids to run naked.
I'm not sure why you mention they're Mexican, unless you're implying it's a cultural thing to let kids run around naked.Timberwolf0924 said:This doesn't happen all the time, but there's a neighbor in my neighborhood who is mexican. I know they are I've spoke with them. None of them really speak english but I've had to talk to them before about what they do.
Why are kids running around nude a bad thing that prompts you to complain? The main thing I'm trying to get them to quit is letting their kids run naked in their front yard. They have all daugthers, youngest being around 5 oldest around 9. And all three of them run around the front yard naked, on very hot days. They jump in and out of a kiddie pool.
I've went up before and told the parents that other people are getting angry about it, they kids put on panties and went back to swimming. They were doing it again today but stopped when I suppose someone said something.
Mind your own business. It doesn't sound like they're purposefully antagonizing you, and it doesn't sound like they're a threat to anything besides your sense of shame.Should I report this to the authorties? Child Services? or just mind my own damn business?
Because context matters. It's the difference between National Geographic being able to show nude children and some creepy Uncle in his basement.DugMachine said:Somebody made a valid point in this thread. Because she's wet, she's just got out of the bath and likes to shake her hair dry ... all over the place.Thamous said:Wanna explain that one for me?Rawne1980 said:I honestly don't see the problem.

The bloody part is a British thing, we fling a "bloody" in here and there. As in "oh it's bloody raining again".
I really had to explain that?
I think it's far more fucked up for people to think of this as a sexual thing rather then a thing of innocence. America is a freaking bizarre country.Jonluw said:I don't get this...
I really don't get it.
How can so many people think it's problematic that a couple of children run around naked in their garden?
Can I just say, Kudos for that. I know it wasn't deliberate but having that ignoramus do something stupid to get himself suspended is such a delicious thing.Zachary Amaranth said:Your statements demonstrate you don't.Shawn MacDonald said:I know what I am fucking talking about, don't tell me otherwise.
Though I'm curious, what are your qualifications to talk about pedophiles and their preferences?
That's a good point. Just taking the sexual angle on it in the first place is pretty disturbing.Ragsnstitches said:I think it's far more fucked up for people to think of this as a sexual thing rather then a thing of innocence. America is a freaking bizarre country.Jonluw said:I don't get this...
