1. On the weekends I stay up until 3 AM and wake up around 9 AM.
2. I had this problem recently, I recommend trying to get yourself into bed around 2 AM so you can fall asleep hopefully before 3 AM. Then go to bed at 1:30, and so on until you're back on track. Or, just stay up so late that you're tired enough at midnight to get some sleep.
