So Escapist, lately I've been finding it more and more difficult to sleep. I find myself lying in bed for hours , my mind wandering, yet sleep eluding me.
Recently because of this, I've discovered that having music on helps me sleep. I'm not sure why, but if there's a CD, or my itunes playing, I generally get to sleep alot quicker.
So do you guys have anything in particular that helps you sleep?
