People buy them enough to make alienware the top selling gaming grade high end brand in the global PC market.
And if they keep going like they are and keep on getting their exclusive deals with intel and nvidia and keep driving the price of entry on gaming grade prebuilts down. expect to see Origin and Falcon close their doors.

I have no idea who these "Origin Falcons" are, but you might not realize that people come from other areas other then America, I'm Australian and I build my computer from scratch.

If you worked with computers and built some yourself, you would've built your own computer and not an Alienware, which is 50% more expensive.

They are going to get hammered in terms of reputation, and customer loyalty, and every detail revealed just adds to the pressure they are under.
