NO. Props for the principal keeping it on the low-low. Letting everyone know about this would ruin the girls' lives. Give 'em a second chance. A close call like this teaches a lesson just as well.
This.

Besides, if they were in high school, they must be at LEAST over 15, which I believe is the minimum age of sexual consent pretty much everywhere, so theres nothing actually wrong going on, at least not if they openly agreed. Had it been rape or seomthing it would have been a different matter entirely.

not quite, alot of people i know were 14 when they started highschool, and were 14 for most of the freshman year.

NOT necessarily.

At my high school, most of the Freshmen are between 13 and 15, with most being 14.
Freshmen: 13-15, mainly 14
Sophomores: 14-16, mostly 15
Juniors: 15-17, mostly 16
Seniors: 16-18, mostly 17

NOW, in the Original Post, the good fellow mentions they were FRESHMEN. Therefore, they must be, at minimum, 13. At maximum, 15. STILL under Age of Consent.

And even if they were held back, say they were both 16. ITS SEXUAL ACTIVITY ON PUBLIC PROPERTY. THAT'S LIKE SCREWING IN THE MIDDLE OF A COURT ROOM.

Ah right, I thinking exclusively of the Norwegian system (strange, since I did IB). It's three years and you end when our 19 or 18, so I imagine the youngest highschooler to be 15.

One of the teachers in my school got fired earlier this year for having sexual relationships with a student. Also I think the superintendent is on paid suspension for touching a boy inappropriately or something like that. I don't know the actual details for either, just what I have heard.

A Volvo station wagon, you say?

I know how to cause some chaos with those particular vehicles...

OH! Right, OT:

Did you happen to get plate numbers? You could have anonymously reported the OFFENDER, at least.

They disgust me. The girls and the man. People really need to put their acts together, this is turning out to be a terrible generation.

Chances are, they probably don't want that getting out. At least, that's the only reason I can possibly see for them not contacting anyone.

Unfortunately, my school is the exact opposite of yours. Its big, crowded and we have people fighting every day. Hell, they had to remove one of the vending machines because people were stealing from it every day. They had a camera right in front of the machine and they still decided to punish everyone except those who actually stole from it, who now go to a different cafeteria and steal from the vending machine in there.

If I may suggest: there is an episode of the Boondocks entitled "The Trial of R. Kelly". Pretty much goes over this subject matter. If those girls want to live like that, it's probably too late to change their minds. Kids are subjected to adult subject matter from a very early age these days (as compared to a few decades ago), so it follows that they'll be doing adult things at an earlier age.
Is this a bad thing? Some give a resounding yes, others fault a system full of double-standards and hypocrisy.

Hell, at least no one got shot they way they did when I was in high school.

There have been instances of things like that happening at my school before much like the OP's. The difference though was that they were students in the bathroom a few years ago, and last year another couple was doing it behind some of the farther off buildings during lunch. Our school is very over populated: over 2,200 students. But when I was little and in Elementary school our principle was fired because he and the PTA president were having sex in the principle's office during school hours and were caught by the secretary. It really is messed up when these things happen.

Sexual consent laws typically are as follows:

IF the underaged party is of between the ages of 16-18, then they may have sexual relations with another party up to the age of 24.

IF the underaged party is under the age of 16, then their partner must be under 18.

IF both parties are 18+, no more rules.

Stuff like this is generally done for attention and to show off in my area. Its all ooo, look at me, I managed to suck a guys dick aged 13 ( this isnt reffering to OP) and he was older, now you can all respect me for being a whore.

Srsly, although our year wasnt too bad, I pretty much know all of the year below, and they have some whory people. One girl got caught having sex in the toilets on 3 different occasions, yet it was always the boy that got expelled. It disgusts me.

I can sorta understand underaged sex depending on the people (like a sensible couple who have been going out for a while and have thought about it properly) but most people in my school have sex with their other half about a week in (well, the first time anyway, to show off that there not virgins.)

Someone else asked a whole list of boys (one at a time) to 'stay round hers' on the night before her 16th birthday, because she wanted to lose her virginity before it was legal to. Another girl said she would just give the guy she liked a blowjob at the upcmoning party so that he would go out with her. I could do this for about 3 hours.

Then again, its only one problem with people nowadays

Well it sounds like you've done your homework better than me so I this seems reasonable. I've always been taught that once your 15 and its consented theres no real problem...maybe it's country specific?

Anyway, point stands...it seemed consented and no need to ruin these girls lives any further. Still, lewd activity on public property is an offence...in some countries...I think...

Age of consent? If you want to have sex and your a little underage you should be able to have it.

I only know this because when I was around 19 I dated a 17 year old and she looked the law up after her mom (who hated me for some reason) threatened to press charges cause she though we had had sex (which we had not). I was actually surprised as I was always told there was a hard limit to 18. If one was over and one was under, jailtime. Turns out that was a lie, at least in Florida.

Nonetheless, we waited till she was 18. That was a fun night. :D lol
