I'd get rid of the 'legal consent to give a blowjob' thing. There isn't one. Oral sex, is very questionable and technically isn't protected by law unless you wish to prosecute. So if they chose not to prosecute, it wasn't illegal.

Anyway, that's not that bad. I'm in england and underage sex isn't that unusual, it's pretty much common. Hell, i did it, most of my friends did. Admittadly there are some who are still virgins, and i'm not giving digs because nobody really cares if youre a virgin or not.

Anyway, they should have alerted the parents and i'm guessing the only reason they didn't was because the girls probably said they gave consent. Which would be their choice, near regardless of age. (As long as sex wasn't involved)

"Sexual behaviours" don't make people pregnant. Sex makes people pregnant (sometimes). Other "sexual behaviours" are often specifically deployed for the sole purpose of satiating sexual urges in such a way that no pregnancy is forthcoming. Saying that these things lead to prengancy is a bit like saying that unloading a gun leads to shooting a gun.

Sadly this is not uncommon. Schools tend to keep (and solve) these problems on the inside, avoiding parents, police, papers; anything that could lead to some bad publicity. But, you said it was a small parking lot, so they weren't really discreet and everyone could see it. In that case I think it would be better if he did notify parents, cause people tend to talk (kids especially), so they will probably find out.

Well, I thought my high school was fairly "classy". But after spending time as an Athletic Medic's assistant (basically I stocked medical supplies) during my 11th grade, I learned the seedy truth. The athletes were pretty much all skanks and douchebags (I knew they were basically all evil d-bags, just kinda confirmed it). Along with learning how many "easy girls" there were in the school. It was...trashy and horrible neyond belief.
I believe there were around 6 pregnancies that year, and 5-7 more the following year. Not including the abortions I'm sure many recieved.

A little background info:
My school is highly reputable, well, except for the marijuana. We never have fights or improper conduct, and we NEVER have this kind of incident on campus.

So anyway, before school when everybody was standing outside waiting for class to begin, a Volvo station wagon pulled up containing a 20-something year old man. He proceeded to pick up two freshmen girls and pull into a parking space. Two seniors were in a nearby car warming up, and they saw the man get in the back with the girls, and saw one of them giving him a blowjob. They went inside and alerted a teacher, who went outside and retrieved the girls. The guy immediately left. The girls were sent to the principal and stayed there for about an hour. But here's the kicker, the principal didn't even call the parents. Hell, I would have called the fucking police. Two girls who are under the age of consent giving blowjobs to an over-18 year old? That's grounds for the cops, right? The two girls were back in class in an hour and spent the rest of the day at school. Do you think the parents should have been brought to the school, or at least the girls should have been sent home?

EDIT 2: I LEFT OUT AN INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT DETAIL! One of the girls who I was listening to said that the other girl had met the guy online. This raises even more issues.

Which State in America is your school located?

Maybe the Principal didn't call the police because your state has one of those really weird laws regarding oral sex in the back seat of a parked station wagon or suchlike.

The Principal may have known that involving the police would be a lot more trouble than it's worth, possibly because the school (as the land owner) would be held responsible for breaking this obscure law.

I know that sex with somebody under the age of consent is illegal anyway, but maybe your state has a weird law that supersedes it and would result in the Principal being put in the stocks or forced to parade through town wearing a dress while hogtied to the back of a dirty horse.
