It's a boring drug for boring people who don't have anything better to do with their time. But I don't see any reason why it would be illegal. If that's what someone wants to make of their time, what business is it of mine?
Legalizing weed would not solve the immigration problem because the drug cartel would just start selling the stuff to suppliers in the US. That or they would set up their own distribution centers and sell it themselves.Dense_Electric said:Also this ^ ^ ^AndyFromMonday said:All drugs should be legal. The government should have no say when it comes to what a person wants to do with their bodies.
The government should only get involved if people start putting other people at direct risk, and then only by incarcerating those individual people, not all people who've ever done it.
Shit though, think about that. That would not only solve the US's drug-crime problem, that would also solve the illegal immigration problem. With the drug cartels out of power in Mexico, suddenly Mexico would be a much better country and people would stop trying to come here. Legalizing all drugs would really be killing two birds with one stone.
No, it would make it harder. A dude working in shop isint going to sell it to kids and most people wouldnt be arsed buying it for them either but most, not all, drug dealers dont care who they sell to as long as they get the money.TerribleAssassin said:I miss read it as cannibals..
Anyway, if people smoke it, that fair enough, but legalizing it would be a bad idea, because it would easily be possed by children..
Greyfox, I have no idea what the hell your talking about, unless you mean people smoking weed with tobacco mixed in, but even then you have to smoke a hell of a lot in a very enclosed space. Also, there are way to get high without smoking it so, yeah. And yes, alcohol does make you smell bad (the morning after, at least) but it has other, worse side-affects.The Last Nomad said:snipGreyfox105 said:snip
I feel bad for your friend but the "My friend had a bad time with X so no one should be allowed use it" is a bullshit argument. Hell, my mothers uncle fell through a glass door, cut his neck on the broken glass and bled to death. Should we ban glass doors? Of course not.herts said:Hate it, it ruined the life of someone I care about for a long time. Yeh i'm glad it's illegal.
The point of legalising it is that it becomes less widespread, whilst less time and money is wasted on the 'criminals' who use it.Greyfox105 said:I can see some of the logic in legalising it, but I still don't want that to happen. It is bad enough illegal, I don't want it to become more widespread.
It stinks. Really bad. And makes people I know act like morons.
But really, the stink. So bad. Disgusting.
