I find it hard to look forward to Sonic 4 when it comes off more and more as just a lazy retread.

Also lack of Robotnik. I never cared for Eggman's design.
Robotnik and Eggman are the same guy.

See the difference?
Yes, the picture above is an artwork from a japanese game developer, while the picture below is from an american tv series.

Ah, so this is pretty much like Avatar: The Last Airbender except in game form.
Except Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of the greatest shows ever put on TV, for any age. And it isn't based on a previous franchise. :p

OT: Interesting. Nothing wrong with catering to specific audiences, as long as they don't leave us core gamers in the dust and the game is good regardless of its playability and ease.
Xavierxenon is talking about the movie.

Which is simply entitled, "The Last Airbender," though I guess I can see what he means. Also, we don't talk about that film. :p

If the game has beautiful art and beautiful music, I will still play it. I played and loved Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, and it is arguably one of the easiest RPGs I have ever played. Nothing wrong with that, and while I do like to be challenged, I have plenty to do in the real world that falls in that category. Sometimes games just need to be an escape, rather than a marathon.
