And how much did your lawyer charge you to disprove some anonymous internet posters?
Firstly, I don't understand why you would use the quote command and then manually type in something I did not say, but whatever. Secondly, I have three hundred free hours with an entire dedicated firm through my business benefits...so it didn't cost me anything. And it's not disproving, it's stating the ACTUAL LAW.

I didn't change anything....I just pressed the quote button, I despise people who change quotes, and I would never do that.

If I were you, I would act as a proxy for other people to ask their legal questions through you for money, that way you could make some cash off of those 300 hours.

*sigh* This is why Sony just can't get a break. They've gotta learn when to leave well enough alone. A security problem? I'm sorry, but I get daily updates from my computer telling me there was a new security thought up by someone somewhere. It doesn't matter what you change, it's gonna happen. I think more consoles should be open to hacking anyways.. makes the games funner (offline) to say the least.

Why would that be illegal? It's not as if wasting their time is a concern if you asked them about something like the Sony OS removal.

What law would that break?

Asking a lawyer [who is on your payroll] about a specific legal scenario is not illegal. Using that lawyer to provide services to those who have no lawyer would be. I have no legal right to give counsel that would be used in actuality rather than in legal theory as I have not been admitted to the bar, and it would deprive the lawyer of wages for services rendered [he may have made more money providing those services directly than through a negotiated contract]. And no, I will not ask him what the direct law is that would be in violation, seeing as that would be just asking for trouble.

Besides, if I use all of my three hundred hours on you guys, who's going to defend me when I finally go postal and take out 68 people with a greasy yarn spinner and a Slappa case?
