I'm one of Zeno Clash's game developers and I can guarantee it runs on older machines. The system requirements are basically the same as Left4Dead, slightly higher. The most consuming thing is depth of field / motion blur, and if you turn it off it will run on considerably old computers.

Then what the hell did you send them? It just seems weird that they could get something like that through the editing process.
Maybe they had some sort of problem with the build... we've done some shader optimizations that were affecting some computers with low memory (or disk space) since that press build.

I wouldn't worry about the performance. I can definitely guarantee it requires much less than Crysis.
