Well, last summer sale I bought the Call of Duty collection for $30 and it included every single COD up to World at War and no, I've yet to see MW2 and Blops on a similar sale... ever...Superior Mind said:Valve says "Don't worry about buying Christmas presents, just buy yourself shit."
Question: Why is Activision so tight-arsed? I don't think I've ever seen an Activision game go on sale on Steam, not to mention that their titles are the most expensive and never seem to go down in price. Now in this Christmas sale Activision is conspiculously absent. Not that I care, sales for other developers will go through the roof and Activision will be left wondering why their Christmas coffers aren't as packed as they're used to.
"Bah, Humbug!"
On the sale, haven't found anything I want to buy yet but it all is very generous.

Did you get Prince of Persia pack? If yes I highly suggest avoiding Prince of Persia unless you are looking forward to a ridiculously unchallenging casual gaming experience. The fights in that game are an utter joke.Sunstrike said:Finally got dues ex and POP:Sands of time..... for the cost of 2 cups of coffee.

(...won't mention she couldn't even finish the tutorial level...) ok so my coordination sucks: back when it was 2d it was fine, but all the ones after Sands of Time, I just couldn't get the hang of them for some reason, always failing the two-walls movement x_xGlademaster said:Did you get Prince of Persia pack? Well the remake has a menagerie of problems one of thing I found hard to get the hang of is when you hit something like jump again in mid jump. If that happens as soon as you land or grab onto something the game continues with the action you put in and you die. Very bad game design due to imprecise commands.wildpeaks said:(...won't mention she couldn't even finish the tutorial level...) ok so my coordination sucks: back when it was 2d it was fine, but all the ones after Sands of Time, I just couldn't get the hang of them for some reason, always failing the two-walls movement x_xGlademaster said:Did you get Prince of Persia pack? Exactly my thoughts. Check to see if there was anything I wanted (not expecting anything) and there is was. I'm so happy.Irridium said:Meh, doesn't look too interesting to me-HOLY SHIT ITS STRANGER'S WRATH HDJISNFGOWNGNG!!!
