most of these warnings have nothing to do with stupidity, it has to do with litigation and legal action. I remember seeing a Halloween costume that says "Warning: Suit does not enable wearer to fly"
Its all about lawsuits, some dummy puts a cup full of hot coffee in their lap to put sugar in it, spills it, sues, wins a million dollars. so these warnings are here to prevent stupid people from suing to reward there own stupidity

This isn't really instructions but once on Deadliest Warrior it was the Viet Cong vs SS Waffen and they were comparing the pistols, the guy said about the Tokarev "It forces the user to slow down, take his time, take a shot. He's gonna get more deadly kills", bearing in mind this is a supposed EXPERT!

Nope, it's the other way around. They're peas that look like nuts. I could throw a lot of technobabble (but real) at you, but the easiest way to convice oneself is to look at how they grow (at least if you're familiar with how peas and beans grow in contrast to how nuts grow).
