As far as I can gather, chavs and wiggers are roughly the same thing, just different names. Excuse me for my ignorance of UK slang, but are chavs strictly white or can the term apply to someone who acts like a dickwad from any racial or ethnic background? Because wigger is strictly used to refer to white people who think they are black and use various mannerisms and such that are associated with the black "gangsta" culture. Whereas if we compare this to rapists and paedophiles they tend to be male and very creepy; sorry to anyone who disagrees but its a stereotype for a reason. Both rape and Paedophilia are bigger taboos than murder too. Maybe murder is more biologically acceptable because ancesterally murder probably would have have been neccisary to survive. Murders and armed/aggravated assault cons are also more likely to reform or feel remorse (non psycopathic ones here obviously) whereas people tend to assume that rapists and pedophiles will go out and immediately reoffend once out jail-leading to the mentality that no woman/child is safe (mothers/sisters/girlfriends) while the offender still lives. Whether their fears are justified I can't comment on as I haven't seen any statistics.

I just can't understand why he would use GTA as an alibi. Claiming that you were playing the most controversial game in history instead of raping multiple women isn't exactly smart - then again, I guess chavs aren't known for their intellectual prowess.
