Teens Spend 31 Hours A Week Online

I think I rack up 31 hours in 2 days, let alone a week.
But thats because I have no life, whatsoever.
I have to agree with some of the posts on a few things:
1) Porn isn't a waste of time
2) Can't scientists invest more effort in, say, disease, poverty, energy needs, better gaming etc etc rather than what the kids of today are doing on the computer?

Porn = true.
Msn = true, but always doing something else
I dont use the net for homework
I research Medical things about once every 3-4 months
I spend most of my time on games.
I watch stand-up on youtube.
I read XKCD.
I check The Escapist.
I watch anime.
and I spend about 42-53 hours per week on the net.
Face it, Scientists can get a gross average, but the average will generally be looked upon as crazy by the community who spend their time online, which, incidentally, will be the ones who see this sort of article. :]

Well this is from an article from the daily mail and I doubt any of their jour... wait too good for them papaz... nope still too good emmm baked dog tur... sod it people who work produced that article even seen a scientist and twisting figures they saw on net from some random guys blog.
But 31 hours seems reasonable for the average teen as not all of them gamers and actually go into the big blue box, but everything else in that report I call shenanigans as don't take into account most people can multi task and yet to know anyone who just chats on messenger or facebook without browsing another site.

Hah! I own those teens! Lack of any new games and a local social life really helps clock up your hours.

You don't waste two hours on porn; you waste two hours looking for DECENT porn that you can actually get something out of. Those two hours are all the weird, gross things that you skip through while looking for something worth watching.
