In other news, Tenessee bans other parts of the world from looking at the sky. Does... does tenessee get how the WORLD WIDE web works? obviously not.

I'm distressed by that image, if either you or I were in Tennessee I would have you hung!

...and post the image on my facebook...

Unconstitutional on its face, and probably written by someone who wouldn't know the 'Net from a series of tubes. Thought that sort of thing only got passed in Mississippi. :D

This just in: Tennessee has just been bombarded by Anonymous. That's right, the entire state has had internet access cut off as a form of mass protest against the new law. Experts say that Tennessee must have some fairly stupid statesmen to pass a law infringing on rights and attempting to censor the internet in the wake of large scale hactivism

This is pretty much how these next few weeks will go, I expect. Tennessee will face an attack from Anonymous telling them to repeal the law and stop trying to control the internet. How can you not see this Tennessee?

But congratulations on creating a law that you can only barely graze on enforcing, good luck with that.

Sweet. I'm moving back to Tennessee to sue the shit out of every fucking Jesus freak that knocks on my door with pamphlets in hand for causing me "emotional distress."
THIS POST CAUSED ME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

With that in mind, there we have the crux of why this law is destined to fail spectacularly.

Hm. The vast majority of my porn is now illegal in Tennessee... Interesting.

But seriously, this law is ludicrous. There is no way they'll be able to enforce it. Not to mention anyone could just claim they were offended by something and find an argument to sue just about anyone successfully. "Madam, I can see your legs below your knees in that photo, I AM OFFENDED! TO THE COURT."

Come on Tennessee, you're making my home state of utah look liberal by comparison. UTAH! At least here they don't try and police the internet. Well, they aren't trying yet at least.

There should be a limit on how many stupid laws can be made. More importantly, this law isn't wasn't made in California! I guess Tennessee is trying to catch up by passing more and more stupid laws.

So they just banned the news?
Yup. And infomercials. And "The 700 Club". And political ads. Hmm.... Dang! Just when I thought there was nothing good about this law!

Okay, first the Texas GOP claims that it's going to ban sodomy and porn, then a lawmaker in Georgia attempts to criminalize miscarriages, and now this? What the hell, man? Are states in the southern US just trying to out-stupid each other?
