Well if the kids having a strop or a sulk or whatever and it won't budge, drag the little bastard make sure they don't do it again. But if the kid was just asleep or something than that is cruel. But harnesses I am for, if your kid is a wanderer and relucntant to hold your hand going round a public area then, you don't want them out of your sight or control, who knows what would happen to them, I mean in Liverpool 1993, that was horrible what them little bastards did to that little lad, I won't say anything or names or those sort of things because I'll probably get flamed or suspended or soemthing like that.
