There was a Japanese Shogun whose name escapes me at the moment, but I remember hearing some crazy things about the guy and all he did. Most of what I know about it was hearsay from a friend of mine who is well versed in Japanese history, I remember one bit about the guy dunking the heads (beheaded heads of course) of some of his enemies in molten gold and then putting them on display. Gah, I can't remember enough of this, I must now go bother my friend about it!

Kanye West. He is such a douche, but his music is so so good.

Hitler. If he wasn't a bigot, he would possibly be the greatest leader ever.
NEIN NEIN NEIN!

If I hear someone say this again my head may just explode! Haha.

That's a huge myth. Hitler made many, many unrepairable awful leadership errors and was certainly not the best man for the job.
Everything you said is what I was going to say. Especially Kanye West.
Although Hitler was great at getting the masses to follow him, but it wasn't purely his doing, so I wouldn't give that point to him.

Field marshal Douglas Haig. Yes he was the Butcher of the Somme, yes he was obstinate, old fashioned and incompetent, but he was a product of the system he was promoted in, won the Great War, and spent much of the rest of his life looking after ex-servicemen. I don't respect all of him but I do respect some.

Every person who has gone down in history for doing something terrible was most likely worthy of respect in some detail of his life or career.

Genghis Khan. Assembled and ruled over arguably the largest area of land ever conquered and did so in a single lifetime, was said to be highly intelligent, cunning and fair. Unless you fought against him, or killed his messenger... not wise. Also the most prolific father in recorded history, damn.

Hitler.

He had the balls to fix the crippled Germany at the time. Sure the economy overheated by 1939 and was a tactical moron at times but I really quite like the Prussian/Imperial German state so i admire him for trying to rebuild that since Versaille really did ass rape them.

Though the whole Mein Kampf thing being a good book is crap, its pretty bad.

Mussolini was also pretty cool though he still failed to prepare Italy for a major war

Edit: double post....is there a way to remove this?

Mussolini for sure. I'm half Italian, and he (along with fascism) did a lot of magnificent things for the country. Unfortunately, he was just man, and wanted to be best buddies with Hitler a little too much...

Even though I'm very liberal, I honestly thing that run correctly, all political systems can work just as well as capitalist ones. There have been great things done under capitalism, imperialism, feudalism, communism, and fascism. They all have a killer flaw, for sure, but nothing in this world is perfect.

Kim Jong Il. Sure, he has destroyed his own country in a way never before seen on this planet, but he is the single funniest son of a ***** who ever lived. I will respect anyone so completely insane that they are willing to take over an entire country, and brainwash generations of it's peoples that he is a glorious emperor with Superpowers.

Also, Charlie Manson, that man was a god damn leader.

I don't know how terrible he really is, but he's mostly seen these days as that "racist asshole". Still, his movie are very good. Yes, even Passion of the Christ.

Genghis Khan and Hittles.Sure, one unites a world and the other destroys it but a formidable enemy is one you respect. To do otherwise is stupid and warrants underestimation on the part of the idiot.

I think the song was originally that Mussolini was the monotesticular individual, but somehow that got switched around.
Although I think in truth they both possessed the entirety of their masculinity.

George Bush, I can't stand the guy, i'm not even a republican, too many brain cells for that, but he was the "Come at me bro" meme personified. He used the retardation of the populace that put him in power to do what he wanted, and when people complained he was like so? you voted for me!
