I received a football with full speed straight to the groin today. I couldn't walk for 5 minutes, just laying on the ground moaning in pain. It's not the first time I've been hurt 'down there' but I won't bother you with any more details.

Same thing happened to me, except, it was a soccer ball. I also got kicked and hit down there a few times as well.

Sometimes it was playful. Other times, people were just being assholes.

You might think this sounds pretty vulgar, but all I want is to ask all the guys on the Escapist a little question;

Have you ever recieved a hit / punch / kick / instrument / something else, to the area between your legs, making you double over in pain?

If so, then tell us about it - share your pain brother. It's something you don't just forget.

Some that stick out are hit with a baseball at full speed, shot with and airsoft shotgun at point blank range, being booted by a guy wearing football boots and jumping out of a tree onto a brick wall.

I can't remember one specific incident where I've hurt my man-parts, but I am certain it has happened at one point.

I do remember kicking a friend in the valuables once though. I think it was for fun. I was a small child; I didn't realize what I was doing, don't hate me for it.

Edit: Ooh, I also remember back when I was doing Jiu jitsu, I landed elbow first on my friend's crotch, when trying to perform a ko uchi gake.

I invited her for late night coffee and we got a bit cuddly until she found a bee hair on the side drawer. She didn't take it well. I don't know exactly how, I presume it crawled up my leg whilst I slept and found them to be a comfortable bed for the night. I was not best pleased when I awoke next morning to see the interloper down there.
