My God. The implications of this just spiral out of control. Think about it. This generation of WoW players were raised by 0 WoW-addicted parents. The next generation will be raised by 2 WoW-addicted parents. They'll just fucking play it 24/7 if we don't stop this right now! So yeah. The cave.

AMERICA [you have to say it in full caps, its the law], has laws against its citizens traveling to solicit sex from minors, in TEXAS [its the LAW dammit], the age of consent is 17. had he been 17 nothing would of happened.

mainly these laws apply to people going to Cambodia or Vietnam but they do apply across the world if your a U.S. Citizen.

But the woman wasn't a U.S. citizen.

Such crazy things these people do. I mean, I can understand liking mature ladies, but THAT mature is a bit much, specially if she isn't like the hottest old lady ever.

My ex-wife would deck you for calling her an "old lady"....! (She's 41 now, and hates gamers and games...ergo the ex bit; although I got a good laugh when I wound out she and her new boyfriend bought a Wii this Xmas)

I mean, my new wife is 26 and a hardcore gamer. We didn't meet on WoW, but we play it together on occasion. I know plenty of people that get waaaaaay to much in to MMOs in general, it's pretty scary.

Then again, I think that if you spend more than 10-15 hours a week on gaming you probably either have A: Way to much time on your hands or B: a compulsive/addictive personality. Which coupled with MMOs means no good will come of this (although better than, say, compulsive gambling, my ex's addiction that led to our divorce).

Well I was 14 once, and I'm pretty sure I am male (like 99.9% with a 0.1% margin of error) and I can say right now, that at the age of 14 it was never my dream to partake in intercourse with a woman like her. No offense to anybody who may look like her, but seriously at the age of 14 so far as I know most boys' dreams are of attractive women or men or whatever they're into, seriously.

I love how his parent didn't follow up on it when he asked them to drive him to meet her or how his parents let him skip school to play WoW. I couldn't get away with either one of those when I was a kid.
