I know, but with the release of L4D content on the 360 for free, things are looking up for a release of TF2 content. Maybe once Valve finishes all the class updates they'll do one big release.

That makes sense. Better than releasing half the updates and then getting too distracted by something shiney to do the rest. All or nothing.

I feel sorry for all the heavies and soldiers (as well as demomen to a lesser extent). They're all going to be easy picking for the sniper. Well, they already are, but now they're going to have to dodge twelve snipers instead of the usual three. Also, can you imagine how all the classes are going to react to the spy update. The only other class that has the ability to instantly kill you, but now you can't even see him and he's got some new toys to rip you in half with. Seriously, I want a weapon that insta-gibs people when the spy update is released. That's my only grievance with the stabby knife.

I'll be running up to the eight snipers lined up in a row trying to get headshots and plunge my knife into every one of their exposed, defenseless, cowardly BACKS!!!

I am of a similar opinion. The Demoman or Soldier was in need of an update 10 TIMES MORE than the Sniper..

Yes, I will have to look out for all you pyros. I might just play on servers where I have high ping so I can just facestab them, but that would be mean.

That's exactly why I don't stay in one spot for more than 25 seconds. Although sometimes that doesn't help.

Guess I should have seen this coming from the people who made crossbows in shooters cool. Kudos for taking the next logical step. And yes, in the hands of a skilled archer, a quality recurve bow is one of the deadliest weapons out there for your money. Fast, precise, and armor-piercing.

I hope this won't have a scope though... Sounds like potentially overpowered though.

I'm pretty sure a lack of a scope is the intended tradeoff. How the hell would a wooden bow have a scope, anyway?

Gotta admit, it stays very TF2-wacky, but I think a bow is certainly a legitimate weapon.
