The Sherlock Holmes is a Coke Fiend movie has already been made! The Seven-Per-Cent Solution (1976) by Universal Pictures though it like the 1974 book downplays the cocaine habit as a symptom of just how messed up in the head Holmes is.

Moriarty is his college professor who had the sad task of telling Holmes and Mycroff that their father had murdered their mother due to an affair and committed suicide. It is hinted that the professor may have been other man and so was not as blameless as he tried to seem.

Frightening tales about Krypto, Superman's dog?

Actually there is a story about Krypto falling for a normal dog and trying to impress her. At the end she sees Kyrpto doing his super stuff and gets frightened because she can't understand. Krypto finally realizes the relationship would have never worked and leaves dejected.

If you think about it the story was in a sense about bestiality and was creepy enough to read when it came out in the Silver Age comic code an everything and just gets creepier any time I reread the thing.

Of course as Niven pointed out in "Man of Steel,Woman of Kleenex" the Silver Age Superman had all kinds of problem trying to continuing his line but that is nothing compared to what Supergirl would have.

Awesome I love finding out about the stranger parts of the things I enjoy
and I aside from the Godzilla stuff it was all new information for me. I do find it strange that if presented with the possibility to do so I would watch the Superman sex tape (and I'm not really into porn)
