Oh man! I loved Space Marine 1 back in the day. I played the shit out of it.
I had heard rumors of SM2 when some document leaked of game IPs that had been filed and SM2 was on that list, but people were quick to point out that really means nothing, let alone the game is in development/announcement ready.

I am smiling ear to ear over this. I am hype, and I never am hype.

Its funny, over 2 hours in and boom, left field Warhammer steals the show. I know GW has been in some shit this last year, but this is pretty damn cool.

EDIT: Damn they be chunky. I was wondering how GW would present Space Marines after Astartes came out, I think this was a nice middle ground between a walking tank and sleek tacticool John Wick action. Also was that meant to be Titus? Couldn't really tell.

Yeah looks like Titus either crossed the Rubicon and became a Primaris Marine, or this is a soft-reboot of his character.

He looks like they tried to subtly make him look older, so I think it would be weird for this to be even a soft reboot (especially since its called Space Marine II). I wonder how they'll follow up him being accused of heresy, if they do bother at all.

Judging by the Helmet and the number 2, I think we can confirm that he is Primaris and not a reboot.

My mind is awash with thoughts of how they will differentiate gameplay. The change of enemy isn't lost on me. One would think with a varied foe as the 'Nids that it would give more ways to challenge abilities of Titus

given the semi Blank abilities that Titus seems to have, choosing a Xeno race that communicates with the Warp psychically can possibly lead to developing said powers or something.

These are my thoughts. But I just realized something a bit easier.

Guilliman is Back.

He is the best mind that the Imperium ever had for waging war. And He knows the importance of any being that can resist the warp. Guilliman is also De Facto Emperor.

If Big Papa Smurf says Titus is ok, Then Titus will be A-Ok with everyone.

Nexon used to be great. As a Korean, I used to support all their decisions because their games were fun. But they become more concerned about MTX, and barely updating/patching their games. I kinda hate them now

It Takes Two is an unexpected choice, not that I think it's a bad game I haven't really played it but it's so weird for a low-key game like that to win.

Well at least Metroid dread won an award, poor Ratchet & Clank, and Psychonauts. didn't get anything
