Hello again. I see lot of goodies coming up here.
Here's my update. The battle scene of the protagonist fighting with Harbinger.
This is the older version.
Here's the detail image of the Harbinger.
And this one is the Protagonist, an androgynous guardian angel ....thing.

Comment and crits are welcome. Especially the angel guy.

If you have any suggestions or requests, feel free to speak up. I can't guarantee I'll actually do anything with them, though.
Can't wait to them Van but while your asking think, you could do a Prince of Persia?
*Leans back in chair diabolically.*

Perhaps...

*ahem* I already have ideas for everything in my list (four ideas in the case of Alice) so if I think of something for PoP I'll take a crack at it.

Out of curiosity, which PoP were you referring to? The new one, Sands of Time, or none in particular?

A few things to say.

I liked the transparent blues used in the lightning in the earlier version of the battle scene. I'd love to see you work those back into the picture. Other than that I'm loving the turnout. The rocks are looking great, I await another progress shot.

On the detail image. Sometimes it looks like parts of your drawings are done by completely different artists. Only on certain details, and I realize that a lot of it has to do with texture.

The angel thing's face looks a little squished in the final set of pictures but that could be on purpose. I personally would've extended it. The only other thing that I can see being an issue (again, unless done purposely) is gender ambiguity.

That's it for now.
I like, particularly "Lydia". Has that Jet-Set-Radio future look to it. Colours are faint but accented by the contrast. I like the features the eyes and the lips. Good consistent style.

Also, that's one hell of a 'fro.

And, punching unicorns. I can honestly say I have never seen such a thing before in my entire life.

Thanks for feedback. The Harbinger image that you mentioned was earlier work of mine, it was done, like, 8 months ago, and my style can be varied, range from cartoony(the Steel Ronin from my first post) to realistic.

The angel squished face you mentioned, because he was a kid? Well, my style was influenced by Disney combine with anime, so it might be a little bit weird. The things with his gender was that angel are usually thought as such(or it was sexless I can't recall). But in this case he suppose to be male, but created to look like neither(No breast but have feminine face, masculine body but wider hip). This might looks disturbing but that's the point of this character, I want to know how everyone will react to this character. it's vital to the story that I working on.

Great work on the art. The angel guy looks pretty good, although more demony than angely; the teeth and fire kind of give off that effect.

The harbinger looks really valorous, kinda like a more sci-fi version of the classic knight. The lightning in his pics really works well, and the arcing in the new version looks a lot better than in the old one.

I'm not entirely sure if it's what you intended, but the angel guy looks pretty evil, and the harbinger fairly "good".

Also, just an update on my work as well. Just completed another piece that I could use some critique on.

EDIT: Obsolete. See newer post.
Markham Taylor, a character from an RPG I was playing. Supposed to be a really old guy who is a master of several martial arts. Pose referrenced from some random picture on google.

Wow, that coloring is coming along great.

On another note, I apparently must've been brain-dead earlier. I fixed some major problems with previously posted old martial arts guy.

Changed torso length (Ugh... stupid me) and added more texturing.

It looks really good, but I'm having an issue with the way she's holding the sword. It just doesn't work like that, it's driving me crazy.

Blame Adam.

Now! Initial colour done, I just need to muddy her up and add some shadows.

Labby, how did you manage to do that colouring without a tablet and keep your sanity?

Ctrl+Z, I imagine.
I swear, that is the only reason I didn't print it out and colour it by hand.

He's not the real angel, some kind of guardian, created by reverse engineering from long lost civilization or alien race. That Harbinger guy is the evil one.
