Let's see. I think I have two.

1. The sound my girlfriend makes when I massage her back. It gives me the warm fuzzies. And even better when this occasionally DOES lead to [topic you said not to mention]!

2. Playing a brand new game. I had this feeling the best with AC2, so if I'm to believe reviewers, AC Brotherhood is going to make me cream my pants or die of adrenaline.
