I actually highly enjoyed the Chilli Dog Series yet despised the one that was darker and had a ton of furries.

I enjoyed the simple relationship between Sonic/Tails & Robotnic/2 Robots.

Dude, how come everyone ignores that series nowadays? I recall an article on the Escapist a while back claiming to discuss all the Sonic cartoons a while back, and this one didn't even get a mention. That was my favorite show for a while too, as a kid...

I genuinely applauded Bob's view of Zelda herself in the cartoon, as it doesn't get addressed enough.
I mean, say what you will about the show, this is probably the best depiction of the princess, period. Tetra from Wind Waker is a close second, and Zelda as she's portrayed in Twilight Princess holds a special place in my heart, but the Zelda of the cartoon remains about the one part of the show that's aged well and stands almost superior to the simple "damsel in distress/macguffin" of most of the games.

i remember watching the mario show as a kid, but link had a weird attitude problem in the show. "excuuuuse me" really gets under my skin and even as a child, i wanted to punch him in the nose. i much preferred the voiceless Link from Ocarina of Time.

I bought all the Sets that Shout released Day One. I think The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 is probably the best of the bunch.

*sigh* i rember those shows...i think i was in kindergarden at the time. I've since gone back and watched them...the mario cartoon has not aged well for me but i still have a lot of fun with the zelda cartoon.

I espically love one bit where gannon is trying to escape from Hyrule after stealing somthing, he jumps onto a palanquin held by his skeleton minions but hes so fat that doing so destroys them, complete with sound effect. Halarious.

The banter between link and zelda does get annoying a times and sprite, the fiary is worse than navi but all and all its still a good show. Its no Gargoyles but what the hell is?

The Legend of Zelda tv series was an abortion. Retarded writing, repeated and terrible plots, and the voice acting was by far the worst part of the whole series.But at least it was better than this

Surprised to see someone standing up for the Zelda Cartoon. It is almost unbelievable that a one-liner is so horrible (it is) that it killed the rest of the show.

It is like Ocarina of Time was remembered only by "Hey, listen!".

I dunno how or why but I've seen most of the super mario shows xD
I'm 17, I wasn't even born when these were on and they definitely weren't repeated on TV. I think it may have been a free DVD or similar and then I looked the rest up using the internet... possibly.

They aren't good for me now but when I was 10 they were brilliant
