Darkwing duck too !!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=375ENQbru8s

Also being danish, his catchfraise (DW) in danish is SO MUCH BETTER than his American !!
(Mostly because it's a pun about feathers, and he is a duck.. "Lad os så vove fjerne"9

So on the behalf on danish people, and our creation of the Dam-troll.. DO DARKWING DUCK :D

I never really got to know anything about Trolls despite growing up in the 90s. >.<

But I do remember half the 90s cartoons being super cheesy cash-ins while the other half were super good...

I was addicted to that one! I remember once my cousin decided to spend all this shitload of COINS she had been keeping God knows why, and she gave them to me, so I went with her to a toy store and bought one of the JQ action figures (which were awesome), I remember the cashier being sorta pissed at having to count somewhere around 30 bucks IN COIN lol
But anyway, I'd get insane with those computer graphic sequences, especially when they used the bike!

If you are going to continue that trend on cartoons (hope not) talk about that transformers 3d or something that came in the 1990's. Still hope that the next one be about the movie industry. Even though I'll have to endure Canada's weapon of mass annoyance, I mean Celine Dion and Titanic.

I always found the Trolls extremely creepy and ugly. I do not understand how they got so big.

I LOVED the Street Sharks. I used to have gloves that were in the shape of their heads, and you could chomp them and such. It was all really, really stupid.
Oh yeah. I remember when I was in kindergarden, one of the other kids had those shark toys. He was the BOMB. Everybody knew that it was going to be a good day when that kid brought his backpack.

I second that, though I only remember watching Bikers Mice from Mars when I was a kid.

The problem with 90s episodes....is that they are my nostalgia and it makes me feel old.

I remember having battle trolls, those were great.

And Street Sharks man, Street Sharks. I entirely forgot that was what it was called. I liked the orca one better than the sharks tho.

hearing this in order makes you realise what an unimaginably huge succes pokemon is. That concept has some serious resilience.

Man, I remember Street Sharks. Godawful show, even as a five year-old I hated it. But man, those action figures were awesome. They had these hella sharp teeth and if I recall, you could open and close their mouths. My brother and I used to stage GI Joe versus Street Shark battles where the Street Sharks had gone mad for human flesh and had to be stopped. Many a Joe met an untimely demise within those jaws.

And Stone Protectors, geez. Saw that as a kid too. Only now can I note similarities between their schtick and that of Dragon Sound in Miami Connection. I mean, sure, the rock-band moonlighting as superheroes motif was pretty commonplace in the eighties/nineties, but damn if their musical montage isn't like one of Dragon Sound's.

Please... I remember all the OTHER hip things that were coming out every other month.

Mummies Alive, Mutant League, Skysurfers, King Arthur & the Knights of Justice, Extreme Dinosaurs, The Mask, Biker Mice from Mars, Pirates of Dark Waters, Conan the Adventurer, The Bots Master, James Bond Jr., Road Rovers, G.I. Joe Extreme, The Toxic Crusaders, Action Man, Flash Gordon (a new one), Teknoman, Mighty Max...

Damn, I miss the 90's.

Please do an episode on the Street Sharks soon! I was trying to explain it to a friend just last week and could really use a good 5 minute overview with visuals.

I know!, right?, those Tron-esque scenes were pretty awesome, I barely remember an episode where a virus enters their virtual world and transforms into a T-Rex and they manage to get it out to the real world and they fought it.
It was pretty awesome :p

I always felt bummed when they never included any CGI scene into an episode :p

Every time I watch one of these episodes about the 90s, I'm reminded of just how much crap I dodged by not getting toys or a TV until the early 2000s.

Anyone else remember the Jewel Riders line?

As a guy I have no right to remember them...and yet I do. It was a sort of American Sailor Moon knock off.

Come now people... we're forgetting about the 90's best TV show. Hands down, no competition...

OT: Street Sharks... my god. I remember them! I think I preferred them to the Biker Mice from Mars... marginally. I didn't really like many of the shows actually aimed at my gender! Probably explains why I like MLP now!

Now this is the sort of rubbish I watched:

[small]Still secretly like it...[/small]

I grew up in the 90s and I barely remember Trolls. I know my sister had a few of them but she's 15 years older than me so she was hardly the target audience at the time.

Isn't it odd how you forget about these things completely until you see the opening titles? I remember nothing about this show but I definitely remember that. Good god, if that isn't the most epic theme for a 90s cartoon, or possibly any show!
