Rios still sitting on his chair, noticed that it was getting late.
"Well, well, well.."
He sighed.
"Right now, i'd like to be at my home in a nice bathe eating my blueberry pie..its probably ruined now..not that they'd care, no ofcourse they wouldn't! They can have blueberry pie anyday of the week, but this day is my blueberry pie day!"

Rios got up furious.
"WELL i shall just have to find some pie then!"
He stormed into the building, and was soon where Alec was standing.
"Found any pies around 'ere boys?"

Rios asked while his eyes were wavering around looking for anything that might resemble a pie.

You see, my character is from The Bogarts, the poor district, AKA blueberry pie is special to him This is just for lols

Dragon looked at Jack from underneath his hood.

"For some reason this feels wrongs..." He remarked

 

[blaze96]

"I feel it as well dragon, but what choice do we honestly have? He is the only person that will talk to us and hold any kind of answers as to how we can get around that barricade. I honestly don't see any other options at this point in time, or else I would be taking them instead of this." Jack said as he cautiously move across the obviously weak floor.

"And Alec" Jack said

"If anyone here is a princess, it is the one of us who is scared of an old man with no armor and no weapon. You wish to call me the princess, while you are the one that fears the old man, not I. In fact this entire time you have been trying to keep me from following the man, rather than just saying you feel uneasy, like Dragon. He and I are brave, as even though we feel uneasy we continue on despite the danger. You on the other hand, have been doing nothing but trying to get us to leave since we met the man. So rather than continue to moan and wish us to leave, my drunken comrade, I suggest you either shut up and push on, or shut up and flee like the yellow bastard you seem to be right now."

"That was......harsh"Alec muttered and lowered his head as Jack and Dragon looked away.

"Hey barkeep!"he whispered to Rios"That old man has a pie and thats why we're following him!First one there gets it!"

 

[Mordereth]

"Hehehe, talking quite the time over there aren't you? My, quite the talk, and quite the time, I'm sure, come now, before those treacherous guards come back for your friends outside. Hehehehe!" With that, the man walked up the fold-down attic stairs.

Dragon sighed and kept walking. He occasionally drummed his fingers on the hilt of his grosse messer, eyes following the old man from under his hood. But he realized that the new surroundings might impeded his ability to draw out the sword and strike his opponent effectively. That hand left the blade's hilt and instead his arms folded over his chest.

 

[Mordereth]

Dragon successfully made it to the other end of the room with no incident, now on a square and solid platform of the rooms flooring.

He could either go up after the man, or wait for his companions.

He stood there instead, and looked to Jack who had yet to cross over. His gaze darted between the archer(right?)and the man upstairs.

Jack crossed as quickly as possible and said,

"Sorry for taking so long. Well I guess it is time for us to finally get some answers"

He started to climb the fold down stairs.

 

[FastFoot92]

"Wait for me!"Alec cried as he crossed after them

 

[Mordereth]

As Alec attempted to cross, lost his foot and crashed to the ground with smack. His left leg stayed on the walkable path, but his rich smacked into a piece of floor not well lodged, surrounded by holes, and it made an awful cracking noise and punctured the ceiling below, falling to the floor and leaving his foot dangling through the hole.

"Not my day!"he groaned

"A little help guys?"

"I'll get him." Jack said as he sighed. He went back down the stairs and pulled his leg out of the hole, careful not to cause any damage to him or the floor.

"Will you actually be careful now." Jack said as he went back up the stairs

"Probably not..."he muttered following

"We're wasting time" Dragon announced from up the stairs

 

[blaze96]

"You're, of course, right." Jack said as he continued up the stairs.
"Lets just hurry this up, get our answers, and get on with it shall we?"

 

[Mordereth]

Upon going up the stairs, the group sees an attic devoid of light save for holes in the roof. There is one rather gaping one that seems to be towards the front of the house.

From outside, you can hear voices from the street.

Dragon cast an eye towards the direction of the voices. For a moment he patted the hilt of his sword then shifted his gaze forward.

"Whatever information you have, we need it now"

 

[blaze96]

"I have to agree with my friend on this one." Jack said as he grabbed the handle of his own sword as he kept his eyes on the old man.

"You must tell us everything you know right now, no more games, and no more walking away. I'm sure you realize just as much as we do that all hell is about to break loose, so we need to move as soon as we can." As if it were a second thought he added

"And if I should find out you set us up or were stalling to get us killed...I will just say that you should hope whatever god you pray to has mercy on you, for I shall not."

 

[Mordereth]

The heroes realize that the voices, in fact, originate from the street below, and that they are shouts. Their words probably went unheard by anyone.
