Illo, who had moved to the open bar just outside of the 2nd class, sat down near a human, as a salarian got up to walk away. He didn't pay too much attention to their conversation, instead directly addressing the bartender.

"Good to see another turian in here.", he yawned, scratching his cheek, "How about something alcoholic?"

He motioned to the human, most likely still deep in conversation.

"You want anything? My treat."

He sighed, deeply, before knocking back the drink the bartender gave him. He signaled once more for a refill, to which the turian happily complied.

"It's a celebration for the unemployed.", he said, moving to sit at the seat the salarian had moved from, "Jobs are useless anyway, am I right, or am I right?"

He then knocked back another drink, to which the bartender replied by refilling his drink once more.

"Would you two know any ladies who'd like some free drinks?", he said, motioning to the two asari nearby, who chuckled innocently, "Like I said, it's a celebration!"

The two young asari made their way toward the two men, as the bartender preemptively poured several alcoholic shots.

Nathan heard the captains announcement and quickly made his way back to his quarters, he needed to wash the blood off his clothes.

Making his way to 3rd class he walked confidently down the hall, no one bothering to give him a second look

Down in the 5th class quarters, Harel stayed quitely in a corner keeping himself away from the hustle of the crowd as he sat on a small metal crate.
It was times like these that he wished he had spent the extra credits to move up to 4th class. With the slightly larger space and much improved hospitality the possibility of a brawl, theft and suxh would have been drastically lessened. So far throughout the journey Harel had not let down his senses all the way through. This place was a minefield- he was always a step away from angering a krogan, getting his baggage stolen and even such. His wits and luck stopped this from happenning so far, but who knows what would happen if he relaxed too much.

Sindri was sitting on his bed in the small 3rd class compartment, his eyes were closed and his thoughts drifting. Flashbacks of his time on the citadel passed through his mind. He was glad it was over. -Sure, it had been better than his time back on Earth. He barely remembered it, but what little he did, he wished he could forget.

He was lucky to have gotten away from Soria, but now, on his way to a fresh start on Illium... The galaxy seemed big, definitely too big for Sindri. He didn't know what to do when he arrived, and his money wouldn't last long. Another thing that made him nervous... How could he know his biotic abilities would be sufficient in real combat? How would he be able to defend himself? Back on the citadel he had been taught the best ways to kill a person, or alien, through biotic powers. Learned about weaknesses and strengths that he could use or look out for. He had never killed another person, however, until just recently. He had lost control, he was drugged, and the words of his mentor brought him to fight harder and harder. When it was over, the others, and his mentor... they praised him, as if he had done a great deed. It didn't feel like a great deed.

Tears started to flow down his cheeks. He didn't want anyone dead. He had to be strong, however, or he would perish.

He had had enough of his room, and thought he wouldn't die from seeing other people, before becoming completely de-socialized and introverted. He walked out of the room, and started slowly walking the 3rd class corridors aimlessly.

The man Sindri had bumbed into looked rather dangerous, then again -most adults did to Sindri-, but this man had blood on his clothes. He had to fight an impulse to activate his biotics out of sheer fear and surprise.

He thought about playing the nice kid, but eventually decided those days were behind him. It was time to be a man.

"Or maybe you should. That wasn't my fault." The words sounded alien, and Sindri was surprised to hear them even come out of his own mouth.

Sure has. Ah, the good ol' days.

"This is a spaceship kid. Why don't you go back to your parents room?"

Nathan responded, ignoring the kids response, waiting impatiently for the kid to move out of the way

Sindri let out a laugh, although it wasn't the happy kind of laughter. He had never known any parents, and he had come to terms with being an orphan a long time ago.

"I would" he said. "Although it appears I have lost them. Or they have lost me."

He moved out of the way, he could feel a headache growing inside head.

Doing his best to hide his bloodied clothes, Nathan smirked and past the kid quickly

"Annoying brat" he thought, as he pasted

Sindri looked as the man disappeared. He took a moment to wounder about the bloodied clothes, but decided it was none of his business. He sighed, and continued walking. Maybe leaving the room had been a bad idea. Everyone would look down on him because of his age.

Off for tonight.

Val sighed at the remarks the Turian was making while he got up from his stool.

"No, I'll pass, but this one will now be following you for the rest of the night."

Val walked out of the bar and into the hallway, thinking about what the Turian said about being jobless. He was on this transport to finish up his next assassination. He'd been doing this for less then a year and was already making a name for himself. He was also starting to make good money as the targets dropped. It wasn't too hard either, STG had prepared him well for this life. He spent years with them, working on a wide variety of assassination and sabotage missions.

While walking down the halls, he comtemplated what his next job on Illium would entail. The one thing he preferred about when working with STG, was the information. There was always somebody else to provide him the specifics about his target, where they would be, if they had guards, and what not. Once he knew the time and place, he'd find himself a good spot ahead of time, and wait for the perfect opportunity. All it took was patience and a steady hand to have the body guards soon frantically trying to locate where the shot came from and trying to stabalize the target. Without the information though, Val had to risk his own neck to find it, and the last mission almost had him lose it. With that he learnt that spending money to purchase the required knowledge, would let him live and easier life. So, he contacted an Asari information broker on Illium. She'd tell him where his target was, and then it would only take a few days before the credits were transferred into one of his accounts.

@Tellmeimaninja: I feel like I may have been trenchcoating with Dimir knocking Daelus unconscious, Dimir is supposed to be kinda the frail scientist, not the falco-punch someone to death person. @Sage42: nah, we really can't do much until Captainguy gets on.

The Advent got through the jump gate without incident. Within seconds the passengers had gone back to what there where doing, Yossar ordered another drink and turned to continue a conversation with a human professor he was enjoying. Then the ship was shaken by an impact, everyone looked around.

"What the hell was that?" Asked the professor.

"Possibley a meteorite hit the ship while the shields were down after the jump, worst case scenario a few rooms got depressurized, but most likely it just scratched the hull." Yossar told the professor. The first shock was followed by a second then a third, then fourth, fifth, and sixth.

"Damn are we going through a field?" The professor asked again.

"Maybe, but the shields should have activated after the first one." Replied Yossar, Somethings not right. he thought to himself.

There was a familiar chime then the PA came alive, this time it wasn't the captain but a young female human's voice:

"This is your skipper speaking, there has been some depressurization in the upper command deck, please go to your assigned seating area until we know the cause."

Yossar listened intently, if it was meteorites they would have known the cause right away. He sighed, ordered one last drink and looked at the professor, " Well it's been fun you'd better do as the skipper says."

" You're not going to your cabin?"

"No I'm going to walk around a bit before, there's probably no rush." Yossar assured. With that he left the lounge and reach down instinctively to his side, only to realize he didn't have any guns with him. Shit, I don't have any guns, or armor if this is a pirate attack I'm screwed... The security post will probably have guns. Without another thought Yossar began to run to the last Security room he had seen.

"See that wasn't so bad was it?" Ripley asked herself, getting up from her seat only to be pushed back down from the shock of the first strike.

"Alright, calm down...nothing important. You're not going to die here," she muttered to herself, gripping the chair as the next shocks came. She heard the skipper's message, but was extremely skeptical. "Best stay here, not look for a problem. Not be a problem," she said with worry.

Illo looked up as the tannoy blared above him. He was barely listening, but he caught the jist of message. Regardless, he continued knocking back the drinks. Every other member of the bar slowly got up to exit, including the two asari women that had been with Illo before.

"Another.", he groaned, motioning to the barman.

However, when Illo looked up, there was no barman. There was nobody, infact. He'd been left to his own devices, alone, in a bar. Full of alcohol.

"Jackpot.", he laughed, reaching over the bar to grab another drink, "Cheers, Advent!"

Sal'rena looked up fro her gun as the ship rocked It couldn't be?! She thought as the next hits came. Damnit! Those aren't meteors. She continued running up the stairs heading for the security stations.
