Oktra Power: Limited Prescience
Olek's power is a sixth sense which is constantly aware of actions everywhere. He cannot directly access this knowledge, but the power analyses this information and from it deduces things that are about to happen. This manifests as an ability to react to things almost before they happen, and to never be surprised. Due to the complexity of the calculations, Olek never sees more than a few minutes into the future, and even less when predicting people, and their possible opinions and actions are even harder to work out
Primary Weapon: Two guns, family heirlooms, called the Pistols of Blood and Fire. The Pistol of Fire has a long barrel and a silencer, fires tiny armour piercing bullets with deadly accuracy, while the Pistol of Blood's barrel is short and wide, inaccurate except at close range. The ammunition is specially modified, and causes a coin sized entry wound, and a dinner-plate sized exit wound.
Secondary Weapon: A pair of blades, also family heirlooms, known as the Swords of Night and Day. His power is helps him to get near enough to gun-users to bring his blades to bare

Xeo is approached by a set of guards surrounding an Oktra, he is introduced as Olek and told he shall be making up numbers after De'kren's exile.

He stopped a few feet short of his old friend and noticed the other man standing with him, "who are you?" he asked quizzically.

Olek grinned broadly. "To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. I was called back from my commission, given my new orders, and sent here. But if Ultor's space is free, that's likely where I'm headed"
Forgive me, but I refuse to read 8 pages of story., and I'd prefer that Olek just gets filled in on things as if he's completely unaware of the situation
